Card Replacement Request
Volunteer coaches who need verification of having attended the Rutgers SAFETY Clinic may request a replacement card by sending an email to ysrc@kines.rutgers.edu

Once confirmed in the Sports Council Database, we will send a link for online payment of $5.00 (plus fees) and a PDF copy of your Certification Card.
